Extensive cadenza that require maturity and includes: con rubato, il tema marc., poco accel; a tempo at end of cadenza is very intense and requires completely different style from beginning. Clarinet must lead throughout. Opening melody is difficult to tune (mostly throat tones).

This movement is extremely challenging and requires maturity to play correctly. Stamina should be considered. Graduate level piece. Approx. 2 pages.
